How to Use N/A Follow these easy steps to twist and tighten cerclage wire:
  1. Position wire around bone. Bend the ends of the wire slightly upwards.
  2. Feed both twisted wire ends through the tongue and groove jaw and push out and up through the jaw fenestration.
  3. Engage the ratchet. This will lock the wire in place. Turn the entire instrument, tightening the wire around the bone.
