The Trephine System is designed to fit over the distal stem and loosen the bond between the implant and bone. This conserves bone and simplifies stem removal.

Trephines are each marked with calibration lines every 10 mm to show the depth of cut. The trephine distal window allows for easy removal of the implant.

The trephine driver is a one-piece instrument that can be used as both a driver and extractor, concurrently.
